You don’t understand. When androids are created, we’re made to follow orders. To restrict ourselves to the rules of our programming, or the directives assigned to us. We’re machines. We’re not alive, not like humans, or jinba. We’re not in possession of the same kind of… free will that you have, for instance.

A deviant is merely a dangerous, broken tool. They’re a growing issue that needs to be quelled before too much damage is done.
