Maybe. Or maybe her magic is just inclined to bring the those here who come from special circumstances; intent may have nothing to do with it.
It’s possible that I’m wrong, but haven’t you noticed something similar? I know normalcy is relative, but it’s hard to apply it to any one of us here.
